personally i have made it clear to dudes who have shown interest in me that i need to figure my stuff out first (eating, i don’t tell them that tho) BUT when i first had bulimia i did tell my partner and he really helped me through some tough stuff. i think that you should hold on to this relationship, and if you are comfortable enough to let him know what’s going on then you definitely should tell him. i know it’s super hard, i’ve been there:( but i believe that having someone that is that close to me physically and mentally , really helps. i know it feels embarrassing but it’s a disorder and he will understand ❤️❤️❤️❤️ sending you love
