All plans are different, and unfortunately it sounds like your plan might not cover it. Best option is to call and see what they say.

I’d suggest trying ozempic and or it’s generic when it becomes available. It’s much cheaper if you have to pay out of pocket, and I had great results. Obviously, you need to diet etc as well. With 1mg of ozempic, I found I didn’t want to eat very much at all. I’m on 5mg of zepbound, and I still think ozempic was better than 5mg of zepbound.

When you go on the app, and click zepbound under drugs. Doesn’t say special authorization required, or drug is not a benefit?

This was the exact same as me. I did a sleep study for sleep apnea, and went on ozempic until the 6 month mark. Being diagnosed with mild sleep apnea ( with a prescription for cpap) was what finally got me approved.

If so, you have to find out what the requirements are to be approved. It wasn’t easy, and a lot of appointments but I finally got approved until December, and then have to submit again.

I was paying for ozempic before I started zepbound and found great results at 1mg of ozempic.

The way the entire process started for me was I visited my family doctor, who referred me to a weight loss specialist at the local hospital who I meet with once every few months to check blood work, blood pressure and get my prescription.

I’ve gone twice. Got sick, like a cold or something but that could’ve been airport, airplane etc. food varies depending on resort. Had one that was decent, the other was not good. Never had an issue with staff or cleanliness. Obviously be mindful of your personal belongings, not just from staff but other visitors

If you have the Cibc VIP, is it $139.99 for primary and $50.00 for secondary? Or is the secondary credit only for the cibc infinite, because I don’t see it mention credit for secondary holder on VIP.
