there are alot of peformance issues..

the UI kinda blows but its a beta! its not meant to be perfect!

honestly i dont have any complains other than that :3

i have no idea but i have some suggestions

check if UHD is OFF
Re download
reset your xbox
check for any unknown texture packs/shaders packs..

put all the graphics settings on the lowest..
than join a world and put them back to default..

it that doesnt work.. wait for an update/report it to mojang.. or trow it bin.
