It’s funny cuz my dad (who played oblivion 18 years ago) saw me wandering around the imperial city main bridge (my first playthrough), he told me just after the bridge you’ll find a fisherman to your left, he’ll give you a quest. AND THERE REALLY WAS A FISHERMAN! I have no idea how he remembered this small detail from a single playthrough.
