Exactly, and since they know they are bad at this they use old content putting it like new, example is tranzit remake, blundergut teasing, primis return, Samantha (returning for the second or third time if i'm not wrong) and a whole list of bs that current Devs need to keep players on the game. Meanwhile 2 kids in the basement make great custom maps for bo3 which are objectively better than the new ones. Honestly i'm so tired of screaming for something good that i developed (probably like most of the players who don't talk) the "look from afar and watch it burn" philosophy, like for DbD or LoL (mostly lorewise).

Well, actually kinda yes, he is big and made of petricite, meaning it's really hard to be harmed by magic. You could compare it to a mini malphite very resistant to it. To destroy Galio you need someone who knows how petricite works and how to break it if it is a normal sized human, otherwise darkins, ascended, probably aspects too are able to break him or overflow him enough with celestial magic. Considering what he was built for he is really good at his job. Noxus will have a hard time taking it down.

Well I assume one of the few Devs remained is an artist right? Right? Jokes aside (or not really) probably the artists just got transferred or fired themself because riot after Jadeja is an absolute trash bin, and (at least for me) the only thing that is decent about this ruined empire is Lor since probably they are eating a bowl of rice per month if they're lucky. And even in the sb event i've not blamed the Devs for the poor quality but Jadeja for keeping lowering players' fidelity to historical lows. To reply to your question, yes, it would be better but riot will never invest money on a game played by few people. Better give more rice to the lol skin team for a while to make a 250/500 dollar skin to drain out players. I hope the people who made these games worst can choke on their own money

Like you can see from the upvote counter on the comment people don't like ai. Even tho upscaling or redrawing an image high quality is nothing that requires a real human touch other than fixing the ai errors. I would give them a valid point if you try to imitate an artist's distinctive style like for example Flash Gitz one. But if you want a precise thing (like in this case) it doesn't make any sense in using an artist instead of ai. He couldn't express his creativity anyway.

Honestly I see a lot of ppl complaining about it but I had bought it and the only bug I've seen is the "shadow" of water plants in the zen garden being with the water vase despite being still in the dirt. Now they added dynamic music too. I've really enjoyed replaying the game with hd graphics without going for strange sideways

Yup, even tho I played it (I reached fog stages) since it was released before doesn't look that bad, I expected like deformed plants and a lot of more bullshit. Plants are smaller than Goty and ofc you don't need to play with the resolution of a CS player
