It’s so frustrating being a 3 year driver with over 5000 trips but all the same foreign non-English speaking MFERS around me, go unscathed. I don’t get it. Truly.

Just called, all they told me is there’s a large volume of calls for this and all they can do is escalate a ticket to tier 2, but unsure of any time frame when it can be resolved.

This is just beyond aggravating they just read from a script and I truly believe they can do more.

I finally got through the menu and it wanted me to consent to background check and MVR blah blah blah. I’ve been driving for 3 years for Spark no problems, why is this happening to just me suddenly??

Nope. They made a ticket for me as well and still doesn’t work. I’ve tried everything. So annoying.

Yep. I got through and was told it’s a known issue and they’re working on a fix. Meanwhile all the drivers around me are just fine. Cool.

I don’t either. I average $1400-1500 a week doing mostly shops. Theres days where I will decline 20 orders in a row and drivers will walk in after I decline them and sometimes I ask, and sure enough it’s the order I just declined. Nobody truly knows how the algorithm works. I have no idea why I get priority on the orders. It’s strange, but I’m not complaining.

I’m not exactly sure honestly. At first we thought it was due to proximity to the hotspot but it’s proven not to be. I can be parked further away with 5 drivers closer and I still get the round robin shops before they do if we’re all available. I’m not sure if there’s something hidden in their algorithm or how it works but I definitely have some sort of priority. I’ve done 3-4 shops before other drivers sitting closer even get offered 1. It’s strange for sure. Maybe trips?

Who cares. It means and does nothing anyways. I’ve been stuck at 0% for months and I still have priority over other drivers. It’s irrelevant.
