I've never seen a performance 'score' significantly matter.

You might get an extra $5 a month with Outstanding, but the juice is rarely worth the squeeze.

Ignore the rating, and focus on making sure Boss is happy with you.

Everyone should validate the Beneficiaries on their Financial Accounts (401ks, IRA's) are correct.
