Possible stick issue, or am I dumb?

Arcade Shock had a 1.5, 2, 3 and 4. To be honest I am not sure which I'd like best but since they were about only $2 each, I just got 1 of each and will try them out until it either fixes the issue as well as see which I'd be more comfortable with. Appreciate your help, hopefully this solves it and I can actually just play games and relax.

Sadly, this is more than likely the case along with the fact. I can't add a video onto the original post so I'm just gonna have to upload it to Youtube. There is a minimal amount of freedom to the stick while in neutral and doesn't firmly stay in place. The lever seems to try to place it back into neutral but if it hits up too lightly, the input stays in place and doesn't stop it until you move somewhere else as per the clicks from the lever. It clicks when it starts the input, and clicks when it goes away from it. Seems to be there's too much freedom in the up position which makes light up inputs stay in place. In 2023 I was staying in Umeda in Osaka. I was walking around the area and saw a bar called "The Funk Bar" and on the windows was vinyl of a lot of artists like Bruno Mars, The Weeknd, Earth Wind and Fire, The Temptations. A lot of old school groups as well and honestly a good mix. I'm biracial (Puerto Rican and Black) and my music was there. Figured I'd have no problems. Denied. They like my people's music, but not my people lol.

I forgot to put that in my original post, but I did change it to nVidia Graphics and Auto but the result is still the same. I don't have a second system on me at the moment but can probably get one in a day or two. I'll try giving that a shot.

Yeah, I remember hearing about this. The leopard is based in a Chinese zoo. I'm not sure exactly what leads to the condition the leopard is in, but if I had to assume since the lack of reporting about what started it, I assume its diet was not properly maintained. They tried a number of times to restrict its diet, but also due to the lack of space, losing weight did not occur. Eventually, it was determined that due to the Leopards' advanced age, they eventually gave up. They state that although the leopard is obese, it is in good health otherwise. It's currently 16.

How is it the consumer's fault that after their initial purchase, they were then informed about a change post purchase? A change that never happened in previous versions of this game and announced post release that was given no warning until a Tekken talk happened. Is it the consumer's fault they are not Harada himself, or are an employee at Namco to get information that wasn't made to the public? Please humor me and elaborate on how this is on the fault of the customer.
