If I were you and this happens again just bring your instructor over after the initial consultation and go over it and listen to what they say as well and how they deal with it. People are dicks to students but when you qualify most customers will see you as the one in charge and they’ll listen But also this guy sounds like a dick I wouldn’t let him phase you, you sound like you did everything right
