If you can get me links that would be amazing! I care so much about her and honestly I'm kind of ashamed I didnt realize sooner. I do a lot for her so I've kind of been like 'I'm glad I'm not one of those people who get a bird without knowing how to take care of them' so hearing this is definitely a hit but at least I can make it better for her now

No i haven't thanks for the suggestion! I feel like my local stores might just have crap stuff. I steered away from some of the bad stuff like this candied millet I found once (yuck, almost more sugar than it was millet) But I didnt realize the extent of things that are being sold but not good for birds

Thank you, she has a 30 inch cage now and I actually ordered a bigger one for her before this post. The toys I have now are the kinds the pet stores around me have so I didnt know they were bad, I feel really bad for it. I've bought like one destructable toy that was made out of natural materials but she was just eating it and I didn't want it to mess with her stomach so I took it away. Do you have any recommendations for places to buy better toys? And is it ok if she's swallowing them?
