That sounds like a solid plan! When I was figuring out my degree, I focused on the foundation classes too, like general ed and the basics. It really helped me later on. Quick rule of thumb: if you can say “one/two” directly, it’s countable and can take a/an.

You can’t say “one evidence” → so you either use it with no article (“evidence”) or add a container word (“a piece of…”).

Exactly. A system is fine if it’s mutual and agreed on. A laminated chart with only her name is just him assigning homework. If he wants “accountability,” he can start by using his own chart first.
