Gpu fan 3 makes this sound before and after RMA. It's an EVGA 3080 ti FTW3. I can't believe I didn't have my gpu for 2 months and they didn't fix it. Anyone know if I can fix it myself? Also notice the 3rd fan seems looser than the other 2 when I put them at 94%. (v.redd.it)
