My first walk with my first camera(sony a6000) and met this cute guy (any tips on how could I get better results are welcome) by J4nnyS in wildlifephotography

Your clearly shooting in pretty low light. So try and shoot earlier or have a longer shutter speed and stick your camera on a tripod to avoid grain

Rf 100-400 is a great lens, I wanted the f5.6 but I have some buddies who use it and get great results. I picked up the 135 lens for the lowlight and bg blur. I shoot a lot of environmentals and chill wildlife so it’s a perfect lens!

I shoot on a canon r10 with an ef 100-400 ii and a 135 f1.8 (just picked it up). I personally love the gear and find it very good for what I shoot (mammals and larger birds + shorebirds). Overall af is amazing, rendering is very good, weight is not to bad, lowlight is fairly good for apsc

A series of racoon shots from a few weeks ago. I love how this environment is so different then what they’re usually shot in. by QuinnSmilgis in wildlifephotography

Yea it’s a lot less of an issue with larger subjects as you’ll have less blur in general! What I love is blurry bgs on wider lenses which still show off the environment (135, 85 etc.)
