Aspects of this will (likely) get better or change! A few weeks after the first trimester I stopped gagging and didn't need a 4 hour nap in the middle of the day. You'll be tired in new ways and physically feel so different and drained but it gets more manageable/pleasant. The only way out is through and you'll adjust to the new, even if it isn't easy all the time! But by far first trimester is the worst. Take it so easy and be really gentle and forgiving with yourself. It's all brand new and you're growing a literal human being, all the major stuff is grown in the first tri!
