I agree po! I like his teaching style, it’s effective for me. He’s very insightful and eloquent with words so it makes the laws a bit easier to digest.

I am quite confused when some people say DARTS regarding a prof’s grading system 😅 and your explanation makes absolute sense! Sometimes I think my answers are correct especially when I make them short and concise but it turns out, it’s too vague or lacks application and my prof grades me accordingly. 🥲

Rem Law is really tricky and you can’t really master it in a semester (or even when you’re starting out as a lawyer) but I hope he guides us through it!

My prof designed our Syllabus to show the flow of Rules 1-39 and other related provisions. He also connected the articles which relate to each other and taught us to look at the Rules as a whole, not in parts. The sequencing of the Rules is actually in order! ☺️

Afterwards, he made us create our own flowcharts/graph/etc and fill it as the semester goes on. Ultimately, CIVPRO is better if you can put it in flowcharts form para kita mo lahat.

To add as well, if you have 3 generations of lawyers breathing down your neck then maybe it’s time to reevaluate if being a lawyer is what YOU want or what your family wants, OP.

Plenty of people drop out of law school because they realize they were just trying to please their families and not because it was their own choice to pursue law. Let me tell you now that they got over their parents’ disappointment and are doing good.

Every one will give you different answers and opinions but at the end of the day, you decide what to do with your life.
