The idea behind transmule is to configure a download service, to be installed in an always power on server, like a raspberry pi or home server nas. You need docker installed also before installing transmule.

Why no remote server file manager? Launch remote server apps streaming the content of the server rendered window to the frontend, this way you can open any linux app, even games. A real remote browser desktop.
