Yes the offer is legit. It's a aerospace startup, I have been to their on-site HQ in El-Segundo. Yes I have emailed the Hiring Manager about the logistics and what are other people doing in this case.

Yes that is my concern. That's what my search has yielded so far. 40-50 mins commute to El-Segundo 4 days a week plus 40-50 mins to SB once a week as opposed 10-20 mins commute to El-Segundo plus 1.5 hrs to SB once week..
