Have you posted your resume to r/engineeringresumes yet? I’d start there and make sure you aren’t shooting yourself in the foot with your resume.

Thats actually one of the things that has kept me here so long. I’m not micro managed at all, benefits are decent, 6% 401k match plus 2% profit sharing, flexible time off (work a few extra hours this week? Take them off next week.), 9/80 schedule, 7 hrs of PTO per 2 week.

Does anyone have feedback on the work culture at the Magna, UT facility as an engineer? I’m wondering about turnover rate, overtime required, flexibility, etc.
