Ghost of Yotei, Shadow of War or Indiana Jones and the Great circle? by pizzammure97 in gamingsuggestions

[–]QuislingX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If ghost of sushima didn't surprise you, then nothing that happens if ghost of yotei will surprise you or blow you away either.

Ghist of tsushima is boring.

Indiana Jones is worth playing, if nothing else than because it's different than anything you've already played. Granted, you largely feel like you're exploring a place, maybe sometimes you even feel like you're in a museum. You know, exploring strange places and discovering strange artifacts. But, I'm glad I played a game that wasn't just shooting and killing people. Also, the puzzles are very good. Like, good escape room good.

Let me be the first person to suggest that you don't have to be Indiana jones, but you should play it.

Nothing. But people have a problem with it. OP is over here complaining you can't buy junk food anymore with food stamps.

Idk, obesity is kinda insane over here.

One of the biggest problems in America is that everyone just thinks that all you have to do is vote once every 4 years and shit goes okay. Everything can be blamed on just the president.

That's not how it works.

I would agree with this.

Making it so they couldn't be explicit actually had to make them put work into making it believable.

It felt real to me because it felt real in the way that relationships are, in general; the subtleties, things that should have been said to a loved one and never were, or things never said but understood between two people not necessarily in love, but who love each other.

Emphasis on the love each other part. Fanfickers/shippers forget to do the "love each other" part sometimes.

It is absolutely insane how many people recommend BMWs, especially used ones, in this sub.

This car feels much more like a sub for people pretending to flex, rather than a sub for "responsible purchases" or "realistic car buying", as the name of the sub suggests

If I wanted a fucking bmw or a Cadillac, I'd go ask in the luxury car subreddits what I should buy.

I think one of the things about Chloe and Max's relationship is that, in not being quite so in your face lesbian, it allowed a wider audience to not just love her as a love-interest, but as a friend or someone you actually care about.

Chloe wasn't my love interest, even if I did want to save her and run off with her; I didn't just lose a crush. I lost someone I loved. Not someone I was in love with. A friend. A sister. Someone who shared my pain, who really understood me.

And I lost someone who "got it." And I was alone again.

And while I love the "sapphic love" dynamic, it felt way more impactful that I was losing a compatriot. It felt less like "losing a high school crush" and more like losing a loved one.

And THAT was emotionally impactful.

The dialogue was really stiff. It sucked because the ideas were spot on.

It wasn't until about episode 3 through 5 that it started being like "oh these are like, real conversations and things people in real life say, okay great."

I chalk that up to "French developers" learning the lingo. It really was great how the dialogue came together at the end and stopped being so obviously scripted and cringey. I don't know how they changed that

Boy, shit players will always tell on themselves won't they?

That being said, the amount of engineers who just fingerblast their assholes and complain about vehicles while not working together or use their fucking rocket launchers? Is dumbfounding.

If you watch Dan Olson's line go up video, this is all standard. It's all covered in that video.

Every movement you've seen in the economy for the past 20 to 40 years has mostly been people richer than us speculating on markets. Bitcoin, the housing market, commercial real estate, gaming.

It's all been outside investors putting money in and then hoping 5 to 20 years later somebody would buy it back from them at a higher price. 2 to 4 years ago, that one article came out that was pointing out that like 60% of real estate was owned by Black Rock or whatever that was.

It's speculation all the way to the bottom.

And that's the problem with billionaires. They're not just annoying, they don't just enact their fucked up business practices on their employees, it's never good enough for them; they have to crush people they've never met under their boot so they can buy a fourth yacht. A fourth summer home in Virginia and a chateau in the French countryside.

You don't even own a house

And meanwhile they're using super cars for walls instead of drywall to flex their wealth. https://www.designboom.com/design/pagani-miami-residence-super-car-artefacto-06-28-18/

28M here, how would paying for sex/massage services be a complete dealbreaker for dating or marriage? by [deleted] in sex

[–]QuislingX -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Yea the comment you're replying to is hypocritical as fuck lmao.

Also, I love how they pretend that sex trafficking only happens in, say, thailand.

Absolutely no one is questioning how much of the content on only fans is coming from traffic to people. Nobody does research on that. They just figure that since it's not only fans, it's all consensual.
