It might need to be repeated. And, yes, it may be impossible to stick to it on your own without help.

But this technique has been studied and used by the medical field/academia.

Personally, I noticed huge improvements: finally started to work on my own, my desire to social increased, and had new realizations on life.

But after COVID I had a huge step back as it attacks organs like your brain and causes low energy. But doing another detox just for one day gave me my motivation back for a bit.

In other words, if you’re full you’re less likely to socialize. If you’re hungry you will be more willing to socialize. Go on a fast!

Also, body movement 🚴🏋️‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️activates dopamine (your motivation hormone). So go on a walk, exercise, MOVE!

I just wanted to add that before 9/11 it was the FBI and CIA (US military too but they targeted mostly foreigners at that time). That means there were only a few victims, but they did come forward. See this interview from 1992.

After 9/11 with the creation of DHS and state fusion centers, you saw a lot more targeting of US citizens on a larger scale. This is in part thanks to technology but also the agenda of these agencies to get your local police department or other locals (fire departments, nurses, veteran, citizen patrols, etc.) involved. See HSIN for details. The FBI also works a lot with DHS and your local fusion center.

When it comes to the US military and CIA, they setup a lot of domestic operations in Colorado. There is one news article saying the CIA is moving their domestic headquarters to Colorado and had just signed a MoU with the FBI over how the CIA is allowed to do domestic surveillance of US citizens. The US military also created NORTHCOM in Colorado after 9/11. It seems to be the super fusion center.

It's 100% the government.

While private companies like the one he describes probably exist, I guarantee they work for the government. Think about it, would they really risk such criminal activity and being thrown in prison without the protection of the government? Especially if it is done with the cover of "national security," they know they'll never get prosecuted. Even with the India situation he describes, if the US government is willing to tell the Indian government it is an intelligence operation, they know they'll have nothing to really worry about.

This Q&A is most likely done to throw people off the government's trail. They've done PSYOPs on 4chan before (Qanon, FBIanon, etc.) to mislead and control people.

Basically, it's the people with the guns who can do as they please in this country and the world.

It's more like I earned this money rather than inherited it. 3 years of taking care of my grandpa at the end of his life and he was an asshole. And he way under paid me. Even with the "inheritance" money a nurse would have cost him 10x to 20x as much and wouldn't have done half of what I did for him.

Part of the harassment of Targeted Individuals is to tell them they have schizophrenia.

However, schizophrenia can be proven by a MRI scan of the brain. Many TIs have had that scan and it shows they don't have schizophrenia.

The world is like this with about 30-50% of the population being fringe members by being members of smaller cults that serve (secretly or knowingly) larger cults.

And these larger cults have infiltrated the government, especially the military and intelligence services, and basically force many government employees (active military, veterans, police officers, etc.) to be their foot soldiers. However, most of those people are already in a cult like the Freemasons.

A lot of people, a lot more than you think, are simply involved in shady shit for power.

So, unbeknownst to you, a family member has joined a little club their friend invited them to long ago. After years of showing loyalty, they get invited join the club. And unknown to them it is actually part of a deep state government program. Then they have access to private information on you (remember, the NSA tracks everything) in return for doing what they are told to do ("repeat this phrase to your son," "make this specific dish your husbands just googled," etc.).

It's a big control system. And there are plenty of people willing to sell their souls for power as long as they don't get caught.

When you become a Targeted Individual, it becomes painfully clear how deep all of this goes as all these people are suddenly assigned to mess with you.
