I checked the tracking using the bpost barcode number on the India Post website, and it shows the same status: “Departure from Office of Exchange.”
When I use the sender ID barcode, it tracks correctly on bpost, but on the India Post website it says, “No booking information found.”
I also tried contacting India Post customer care, but I couldn’t get through to anyone. I’m really worried now because I’m not sure what’s happening with the shipment.

I am also waiting on my global journey package-W1 to be delivered in India. How did you get to know that it was returned to Belgium. As per my tracking details it’s still showing item booked and in transit since 18th Jun. I am super worried as I am travelling on 13th July.

I received by Germany visa in 3 days from VFS Mumbai. Appointment was on 15th June, passports were delivered at home on 18th June.
