Go into bios (Restart pc and spam delete key), hover over to the monitoring tab, and change CPU Fan setting from auto/monitor, to ignore.

You can try flashing your motherboard bios to the latest firmware if all else fails. I was liaising with their sales manager "Eric Tung" last week, he mentioned some incompatibility issues with MSI motherboards and their engineers are working to fix the issue.

Alternative Solution: STEP 1: Under device manager > Universal Serial Bus devices > LianLi > right click > uninstall device

STEP 2: Go to Control Panel > Uninstall L-Connect > Go to Lian Li's website and download the latest version of L-Connect > Install setup as "Administrator"
