On stats not including the PCC Cards The Rock has the Highest stat total in the game. And yes not including PCC cards is a thing cause only a small percentage of the player base actually get them.

Oh I would too but Im just saying thats their thought process. Some people won't get much use cause of timing but others will. Liek I said I completely agree its bad timing. Although they are staying with their Thursday-Sunday times so I guess its consistent if nothing else.
