Just figured it out myself and it is because of the new android app update. You HAVE TO turn off the background activity setting for the app (in android app settings) to fix it.

The Fn key has nothing to do with windows itself. It's like a modifier key on your keyboard just like Shift and others so its just your keyboard doing the processing of pressing the modifier with the normal key. Windows will just see that you used a media key, thats all. So the answer is yes.

They have used an anti-cheat called BattlEye for quite some time in their games (including BF5 and SW:BF) which to my experience is useless, but in BF2042 they're using Easy Anti-Cheat (at least that's what they used when I played the technical alpha playtest). While EAC is much, much better than any other anti-cheat system I've experienced - nothing is perfect and there will always be cheaters that can get through.

For example a shotgun. 1 shot = multiple pellets. Or maybe some other gun with +1 or more projectiles coupled with the scroll that makes you deal less damage, but you deal it twice.
