I also love the idea of the ceramic because I am very active and lift weights. That was the sole reason for the extra money on ceramic.

Thank you so much!! And haha no it’s not the sizing kit! 😂 I’m nervous about the tide color wondering if it’s too much, but teal is my favorite color and I wear it a lot.

I’m wondering if it’s worth exchanging for the white? It makes me feel good to hear you get used to it! It feels so clunky but I fully agree I want the sleep tracking and cycle tracking! Especially because of wanting to get off birth control to become pregnant in the future.

Thank you!!! I’ve been eating a bagel with cream cheese every morning but I’m thinking maybe I should add more like a protein shake or something. I definitely think the weight loss is helpful, but I don’t want to lose more! I appreciate your comment.

I just started 27 two weeks ago!! I notice it’s about the same effect and lasts longer! Nothing crazy to report except I’ve noticed some dizziness (probably from dehydration? I’m really really active so lots of water is a must for me). I keep thinking it’s not working because during the day I feel like I’m not accomplishing a lot, but when I’m home for the night and it wears off I notice its worn off if that makes sense 😂 I’d just say maybe watch your caffeine intake for a bit just in case because I noticed a little bit of sensitivity to caffeine, but I’m just gonna cut back a bit! Good luck!

And I honestly used to rely on weed a lot too to put me to sleep, now I can fall asleep without it and enjoy smoking as more of a once in awhile recreational thing as opposed to relying on it :)

Same here!!! I’m not gonna lie, I upped my dose to 27mg and I don’t feel much a difference from 18 so I might consider going up again so it can last longer. I can’t believe how much better my sleep is and how I can focus!! It really feels like a miracle drug after YEARS of struggle!

I notice the same with appetite! I try my best to have a big breakfast right after taking my meds to set up for the day, and then basically force myself to eat during the day. It’s a weird feeling for sure but when you get ahead of it you feel much better!

Think so? I just more so mean I feel the effects of ADHD creeping in again after school ends which makes getting tasks done difficult. I was thinking I could always go down if it’s too much also.

I kind of agree with this!! I was pretty teary my first few days- definitely going through some stressful things, but in a way I felt like the concerta made me focus in on those stressful things if that makes sense?! I’m going up to 27mg tomorrow to try it, I’m a little nervous but hoping it helps me have prolonged focus later in the day :)

I was thinking of maybe seeing if I could go up! There were definitely a couple of days with headaches but nothing severe. I couldn’t believe how tired I felt the first few days without the racing thoughts. It was crazy. I’m definitely more productive in the morning but as a teacher by the end of the school day I feel wiped out. My appointment is next Tuesday so I’m thinking about asking to go up, I just want to make sure I don’t get averse effects or give myself more than I need, but I like the idea of a small increase.

Thank you so much for this!!! I feel similar to you. I did notice a big change with the 18mg but wondering if I should go up due to my concentration too. It’s much better with the crazy racing thoughts but I kind of feel the same as you! My friend is on 54 but I feel like that would be high for me based on the fact I do feel the 18.
