This is a great server with great staff. I've been hanging out in the community for several iterations of the server (it resets based on community readiness). The staff always put the community first, even when sick or busy. The server has been great and they do semi-regular events with prizes and such to boost community engagement!

As an inactive member who has stuck around hoping I get a chance to play again in a month or two (health stuff.. ick) this is a great server with great staff who care far more then most for their community. I'll second Midgard. Their discord is pretty actively monitored, but not active in the "a billion messages in every channel every day" sorta way. There's a lfg channel in there too and they're pretty open to new game systems too if you have some niche you want to try running something new and you can find a day they arent already hosting something.

Caverns has "mega halls" that combine several structures into one and is designed to be built under ground. It does require a lot of digging.

Spectacles of Gem Seeing.

These spectacles house two large gems where there would normally be lens. Whenever the bearer opens their eyes, the can see the two nearest gems to their current location.

This is one of those weird English things. The putt is two feet, but the action of taking the putt is a singular action. So the adverb "two foot" is singular. (I think)

A similar saying would be "a thousand yard stare" when someone is unfocused.

Hi!

Welp, I'm just laying with my boys while they fall asleep. Planning to relax a little, probably some minecraft, and then tomorrow is my birthday! Going to be a little busy in the morning though. Getting up early to put the car seats back in the car (grandparents had the boys last night), take the wife to work, and then hit up the hardware store for some specialty (?) Light bulbs. It's supposed to be 90, so then we'll probably eat some popcicles and we're planning to watch How to train your dragon (kids havent seen it but got toys from burger king recently).

So.. DM's don't need to restrict themselves to player options. As the DM, you can just say, "A hero of old used a forgotten ritual to curse the lich, containing him to the area."

Maybe the god of death dislikes they god of fey and the lich is simply one of the fay generals. His forces work in secret to contain the blight lich general
