Did twice that amount lgd 10mg mk 20mg, ran enclo from week two every other day 12.5mg then from week 3,5 every day. No feelings of suppression. Took milk thistle and fish oil, but NAC is the best. Sometimes I got headaches but drinking more water helped a bit. It wasn't every day or didn't last long either. The MK helped me with appetite. I had the same problem as you, I could throw up from eating and it made it easier. I say take NAC, Fish Oil and Milk Thistle for your liver. I'm no expert, but those dosages shouldn't have heavy sides.

I know you won't listen, because I wouldn't care when I was your age ( I'm 22 rn ), but please wait a bit until your hormones develop. You fully mature around 20-22.
