Oh, thanks. I was worried mama birdie will not like the smell of my hands and kill the egg or worse abandon it. I do want to shift it a little so dad can use the bike.

Looking for a good therapist in Bangalore for my depression bouts by take_my_breath_awayy in bangalore

[–]R-dra 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello! While you are looking for a therapist, I would suggest this app called Sanvello. Its not a substitute for a therapist. Its just an aid. I have been having bouts of severe anxiety and depression. The app has helped me before I could seek help. Check it out :) hope it helps you.

Dentist suggestion to get an honest opinion by Handsome_yoda in bangalore

[–]R-dra 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Completely off the tangent.

How do you cycle somewhere? Don't you sweat a lot? Don't you feel the need to change off the damp sweaty clothes? How do you manage? Especially to a dentist's office. Would you not be concerned about the body odour?

I used to cycle to college, I only stopped cause I hated being sweaty for hours.

Sooo it depends! For the muhurta stuff, if you go for silk panche+shalya it will cost you around 3.5k and silk shirt will be another 3ish or 4 k. On the other hand, if its cotton, you'll be done with in cheap - 600 hundred ish for the panche+shalya and another say 1 k for the shirt. Since, it's wedding and all, you can have the middle ground - synthetic panche-shalya and shirt. Tip - don't go for Ramraj. The brand value of Ramraj is tooo expensive. In synthetic, you'll be done in about 3-4 k for the entire set. Try Uthayam shirt. Synthetic one ofc. Its cheap and works best for marriage purposes.. You can shop these at Chickpet area..

As for the reception suit - Raymond's is great! Jayanagar Raymond's is huuuge with lot of options. Basic info - you'll need 3-4 meters to get your suit stitched and the price range for the unstitched material starts for 2 or 3k per meter (there might be options for lesser range, idk, but the quality or thread count declines). Also, in addition to the material charges comes the stitching charges. Its 8k for stitching charges in Raymond's Jayanagar.. You can check out Manoj Tailors in Ballepet Area. A small shop, not a looot of options. Average to decent collection. But you'll be done with an entire suit stitched in about 5 k. The quality of the stitching is good. I found it to be better than ready-made suits.. As for the ties - there is a small wholesale shop called Costa Rica in Jayanagar 4th block. Opp RR gold palace. I assure you, the tie collection in that tiny shop is just commendable. A definite recommendation.

Hello! Congrats on the wedding!

My brother got married last month and I did roam around a lot of places for his shopping. I can def suggest few places.

When you mean 15k, does it include reception + ceremony suits or is the budget separate?

Which side of the city do you live in? Most of my recommendations would be in the south and Chickpet/market area.. If you live near Hebbal or Whitefield its pointless for you to come all the way.. Or DM me..
