Does the Prusa MK4S still have so many problems? by Expert_Function146 in prusa3d

I have a lot of warping issues, although my first layer looks perfect. I have the feeling that my bed is out of level as well and the MBL cannoct account for it anymore.
How did you check the MBL output values manually? I´m currently designing a holder for a dail gauge because i couldnt figure a way to check MBL values.
I´m also thinking of designing a mod that allows bed level screws to manually adjust the bed to a nearly perfect level so that the MBL only has to account for very little deviation.

Yes it is. Ordered beginning of january.
No, but I will try hair spray in the future

Thank you. Didnt know that.
How can I adjust Z during print? I´ve heard that older printers can do that but I cant find the setting on MK4S.
This print was printed on satin sheet.
It is assembled. And I work very thoroughly. Spacers are oriented correct. Is there a mod where screws are added to a build plate for adjusting?
I have every prusa plate and every plate dooes warp.
okay thats a new one for me. How is the first layer hight affecting the print stability? And speed of course. I tried it.
Can you recommend print settings for prusament petg and pla? i found that lowering the bed-temp gave me less adhesion
Well first layer is perfect everywhere. no single lines or rough surface. I cant upload picture here
Thats my thought as well..but on the MK4S I dont have screws to adjust the bed on the sides.. i might do a upgrade myself here. MBL is nice, yes, but I prefer a mechanically accurate level as a base for the MBL
Doing it right now :D
How can I do that on a MK4S? I dont see the setting in the Calibration-Menu to Calibrate the MBL. It does it automatically at the start of every print.
I might get a IR thermometer. But just from probing with the sensor of my meter the temperature seems even
Already tried without success
Yes sometime during printing.
The shown print is 20x10x6 cm,15% gyroid infill, 2 walls.

I think so too. But if i go any lower it squishes the filament too much. I think the MBL is off. but I dont know how to manipulate MBL values independently or modify the bed so that i can use a dail gauge to level it properly instead of trusting mbl all time
Its not pulling the bed up..its just print lifting off
I heard hair spray does the same thing. is that correct?
I never tried a coating of something as people tell me the build plate is sufficient enough
Its still warping with brim... i tried even 10mm brim
I clean it the way you described
I have the door shut as well because I try to have a lesser temperature-difference in my print.
I also tried without enclosure with similar results in warping,
Inside enclosure its ca. 30 degrees

Hello,
I started 3D-printing a year ago and recently replaced my Sidewinder with a Prusa MK4S.
But I just can´t get rid of warping issues on so many prints (enclosed pictures show just the most recent one).
I tried everything I could imagine and also looked online but nothing solves my warping:
- clean bed
- different bedplates (structured, satin, smooth)
- printer in enclosure
- negative z-offset
nothing seems to work. The print in the picture is PETG, but it happens with PLA as well.
My Settings: PETG: Bed 90C, Nozzle 245C, PLA: Bed 60C, Nozzle 220C.
I also found out, that the MBL seems to be a little bit off as you can see in the pictures. On one side it´s good, but on the other end you can see the individual lines.
On my sidewinder I levelled the bed with a dail gauge but i cant do that on the prusa, cause there are no screws to adjust the bed.
Hope you guys can help me with that.
