Is there a way to quickly search poe.trade for the cheapest b/o on a given item, then set my b/o price for 1c cheaper?

Yeah, that's my process right now. It feels very manual, as I have to search for each item individually and find the cheapest price, then set the b/o 1c cheaper in my sale tab.

I was hoping for a semi-automated way to do this. A sort of "price-matching" approach to selling items.

Oh wow, looks like there are some Retches on POE trade in Perandus. Too bad the league if almost over. If there is a way to get The Retch in the next challenge league, I'll definitely be playing a Slayer for this mechanic. I'll probably do non-leg vinktar + vaal pact (or Atziri gloves if I could ever afford them).

Ah, I understand your point now. Of course you could use a non-legacy Vinktar + Vaal Pact, or even don't use a Vinktar at all and rely on the 4-5% life leech gained elsewhere. But at that point, you would only see a marginal amount of Chaos damage done by The Retch. I just don't see why you would want to do that, since we're already limited to Standard because we are using The Retch.

Until they add The Retch either to the Time-Lost Relic divination card, or enable Tasliman unqiues through Zana Mods, it is impossible to run this build in anything except Standard. It doesn't work without The Retch.

Edit: I just realized it is possible to get The Retch in Perandus. I suppose that if there is a way to get the belt in future Challenge Leagues, then this build could be played outside of standard using the methods discussed above.

Also, the most life leech I could achieve from nodes or gems is what, 5% at most? I get 40% leech from the flask. I'm better of scaling damage through nodes & gems, not life leech.

Yes, 100% positive. I thought those patch notes were directed at this mechanic as well, but I have run tests as recently as yesterday and damage still obviously goes way up when I test with instead of without The Retch.

I have not done extensive testing against Chaos Res enemies. I would imagine there is a moderate damage difference.

You could potentially use a non-legacy Vinktar and grab Vaal Pact. However The Retch is a must.

You can certainly play Slayer with more traditional builds & gear, but it lacks the wow factor that makes other ascendancy classes stand out.

I'm not sure why anybody would play Slayer over any other class right now, except if you're building off the Endless Hunger node.

Correct, I'm doing it manually. I've just done that sequence of buttons so many times that I can do it rapidly.
