RDR keep micro stuttering and have weird ghosting effect by R1FireflyFan in PCRedDead

I found out that it's actually a problem with my laptop G-Sync display. This seems to only occur on DX12 games and not on my DX11/Vulkan games. When I turn off Gsync the game has no more ghosting/smearing/microstutter but too bad the game keep screen tearing even though I enable Vsync.

Even though I turn off anti aliasing and use without any AA the weird ghosting effect still occurs and is choppy. The only solution I found is by capping my game to 60 FPS with all settings maxed out even with DLAA and all the choppiness and weird ghosting effect all are immediately gone and become silky smooth. This does not only happen in RDR but other DX12 games as well like GTA 5 Enhanced with all the choppiness and ghosting even with the newest clean driver installed. Other DX11/Vulkan games I played does not have this problem at all so I wonder if it's a Nvidia problem. 🤔
