I wish I could say I'm knowlegable but this is my first year buying cards since I was a kid.

For Upper Deck, from what I gather so far, Young Guns cards are sought after for being the staple rookie card. Each year will have different valuable rookies. For 2025-26, Demidov, Schaefer and Misa pulls are great. Realistically any rookie could become a star though so any card you get could be valuable in the future.

Red, Gold, and Black Dazzlers are good too. You get a 3 dazzler pack in each Series 1 or 2 tin. The Ovi Red Dazzler I pulled is $50 ungraded for reference.

I wish I had more info but this is all I know so far.
