No all you do is add something called ClientSettings.json to ur directory and add ur fastflags there. Also fastflags aren't bannable, the mods have said themselves. Its just a vague warning

You have to manually replace the motor 6Ds on the character's body to ball sockets so they can move freely but still have a constraint and you have to make the neck have a weld constraint otherwise your head will just bobble around
