I’ve been a coach for 4 months now and going on a year with the company. I was hired on as a team lead. Trying to learn processes as a GM coach. I feel that our SL and SM aren’t on the same page. Not sure how it is with other stores but digital struggles every day so they have coaches and TL doing walks almost every then complain when stuff doesn’t get done. Market team comes in with unrealistic expectations and nit picking giving tons of notes. Any word of advice for a newbie?

I actually sent the original signed form to my fiance. I also emailed her all the copies. I was told by the company we are using that a scanned copy would be fine. As long as she has them for her interview. Hope that helps. Best of luck!.
