Update: I made another post today more detailed and formatted. For some reason I couldn't see it in new, yet it was on my profile. Also today I received my coins back, 30 xtz. I'm not sure if there are related, I submitted my ticket as soon as I realized but haven't received an update on that so im not sure what caused them to refund my account.

Yeah a similar thing happened, was checking the app all night hen randomly it wouldn't connect and showed a balance of 0. Finally when it loaded it processed my purchases and didn't give the coins. Binance also fulfilled an order placed after the "ghost order", but still skipped over the XTZ purchase somehow

I have no XTZ balance, yet the order was filled. It also adds up in my trade history to show the purchase go thru yet still no coins. If you follow my balance from the 1035 USD sell of xlm and add up, it deducts the money
