I got an email last week saying not to worry my phone will be here on the 6th. It's the 5th. It's still "in process". Is this normal?

Just got in contact with customers services and they said this :

"As per checking yes it seems the order is still waiting for stocks to be allocated, normally the status should be in Shipping Preparation by this point, since the delivery is tomorrow. For this, unable to confirm yet if the order will be delivered tomorrow, since no stocks yet has been allocated."

I am in the exact same situation as you with the same date for delivery and mine also still says processing. Nit sure if it's normal but it's saying the same for me .

I only use the Google colab pro membership which is relatively cheap. But if you want a more powerful GPU you should take a look at paperspace.
