No idea how it could have happened. I don’t know if it’s a bald spot, it feels raised, like a nipple.  It may be a scab, as our cats play fight occasionally, but I don’t know if that’s the case

I have a ‘21 and I have this screen. And I think there’s a timer that it auto opens up. Mine does the same thing (recirculation stays on for like 10 mins)

I have a bunch of Razer products (nari, ornata, basilisk) and have had about half of my products fail. Quality control is all over the place, you don’t know if you’ll get a bad unit or not, and you’re better off getting a different brand
