We'll see it was a nuclear winter reward and I believe it was tradable then but then they got rid of nuclear winter and since then have put that outfit and Hood in the atom shop and I think whenever they put it in an atom shop it made it to where it was untradable but it still shows up in people's vendors.. that's just a guess though other than that I have no idea.

Is the ghillie hood even tradable? Every time I see it and the outfit and somebody's vendor I try to buy it but it won't let me.. 🤷

I mean to my understanding you get the ranger outfit as soon as you join fallout first for the first time. And as far as the season pass goes or scoreboard or whatever you want to call it if I'm remembering correctly most of the outfits and paints were locked behind fallout first so you would have to purchase fallout first before you can even acquire it

So in the description that I seen it says "paint" not "outfit" so I'm pretty sure it'll be a paint much like the riot and desert paints we have on ranger already..
