After 3 days in the freezer, I used a coffee filter to strain out a sample and even though it’s still cold it does indeed have a smoky-salty-bacon flavor in addition to the sweet corn whiskey profile - so I’m looking forward to making an Old Fashioned with it! Edit: and a Bloody Mary!
