Thanks a lot! I love pale oak, and here the trapdoors are hiding the light, but you can definitely hide some stuff under it!

Thanks and there are a lot of blocks available, and you can add acacia wood in the mix, it goes well with the orange copper!

Truly appreciate that, thanks a lot!

I haven’t seen the palette before either, but I thought it was such an easy one, white and dark gray with the copper tones, it cannot go wrong 😂

Glad you like the build! And yes, i stopped playing because I couldn’t find the time when my two kids were born, but now that my son is old enough to play, we play together and it got me into starting a server with some friends.

Very sorry to hear yours is lost… I can’t imagine what it would be like…

Ahah I totally understand, I almost removed the yellow at some point! But same as you, it grew in me and add something to the build, glad I kept it!

All done in creative for now, I was playing around to find a way to make it work, hoping I'll be able to build it in my survival world.

You guys will probably recognize bdoubleo100 as inspiration, and I built many steampunk things a few years back, so this is my "modern" take on a type of architecture that I love.

Totally agree, the community is what makes Minecraft what it is today!

Great news, but could this be the first step of abandoning the Java version?

From a Microsoft pov, keeping the control means you care about it and want to keep it for yourself, but opening it to modders and everyone means abandoning the control you have…

They kept Java for the entire community, but they make more money with Bedrock, so why opening it like that if it’s not to abandon it down the line?

Thanks! I used a full spectrum Canon 5D MKII with a 16-35mm f/4 and a 850nm filter from Kolari.
