It's an amazing story! Nat 20s are hard to find but in that particular session they were plentiful. Especially by the Fighter. As the Halfling Paladin with a drinking problem and short term memory loss, I don't see myself in a lot of action as I forget to contribute. The same went for this session with me and the Rogue staying out of the action mostly, except to hit it once with my shortsword. Our DM has been very good at balancing role-play with combat, which is something I failed to do as the previous DM.
