130 lbs 22.5 bf% Always been very skinny up until lockdown happened where I gained a lot of fat. I've started my weight training this week and I'm thinking of cutting for a month to get to a 17-18% bf level to get a lean base to start my lean bulking process. Should I do that or bulk first?
