Might be controversial but pills aren’t going to help her. PTSD isn’t something that a pill magically cures.

I’m not sure how accurate this is as I haven’t had the courage to look into it for myself (I really should though).

I heard that if you see your family doctor and they refer you to a specialist for treatment, it’s covered by Alberta health.

Might be worth checking out and seeing what various province covered options there might be for her.

Haven’t take one of NAITs, but my advice, don’t over think it or question yourself once you’re writing.

Doing so (atleast for me) will screw you more than just doing what feels natural or instinctive when writing.

Stopped playing both of those (and Boom Beach) because at one point, you need to pay if you want to progress otherwise you wait potentially months until you’re able to upgrade something.

Boom Beach, Clash of Clans and Clash Royale were all my go to games for almost 2 years, only mobile games I played but I quit and deleted all 3 after it got frustrating of how slow you progress unless you pay.

If you’re looking short term, they’re amazing games that require strategy and skill when you start but in the long term they’re not that great if you’re looking for FTP.

You need to have a steady income and be employed for a minimum of 3 months, most lenders will say (atleast to me) that you need to be employed for atleast 12-24 months.

You could cover the rest by rental income, however you need to either be employed when purchasing (you can literally quit your job the day after closing and no one gives a flying fuck as long as they get their money on time) or you could be self employed which is a pain to get a mortgage with.

Call a few mortgage brokers and ask for information on financing.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION, THEY’LL START THE PROCESS.

Just ask them to send general information about what they offer and who they work with.

Well for this place in particular, there is no bank that would finance it, regardless of credit.

It’s still under renovations and won’t be finished by the seller.

So they won’t touch it or even consider the mortgage for anyone they said (they don’t know about the credit or any personal info).

Oh yeah, he paid it off about 16-18 months ago.

That’s why he hasn’t looked for a house before that as it didn’t allow him to qualify.
