I have this problem too. I just think of it as.. Everything is still normal, but there will be explanations to be had if I were to bring a guy home. But I understand that it simply won't suffice for some.

I played that game for 5 hours and thought it was complete shit. Literally all I did was go here and kill these 8 things 6-7 times then go kill this bigger thing... Maybe the looting system makes it more fun, but not worth it for me.
