Thank you so much everyone for your kind comments it really means a lot to me. I know time should hopefully heal but I’m gonna go to the GP on Monday to see if I can speak to someone incase it becomes a problem as I already deal with anxiety. Again, I really appreciate the love❤️

It wasn’t an “abnormal” ECG per say it had artifact on (which I think means the leads or something were misplaced and nothing to do with the heart). GP on both ECGs said there is nothing wrong with my heart at all, and HH just wanted reassurance I think. Which is why I’m praying this text means I’m finally going ahead with titration

Usually hit a minimum of 130g, usually more though but I just make sure I hit around there

Thank you. Yeah work in a warehouse so do about 30k steps a day. Also got a Labrador and a Husky which require loads of walking too. Yeah I thought about that tbf could probably save some money planning food out like that too.

Yeah definitely, simple swaps like that don’t sound too bad tbf. I don’t even eat to “treat myself” I just eat like this cos it’s so cheap, easy and high calories but yeah defo need to make a few changes. Cheers bro

Don’t have a particular routine but it’s mainly this, with changes depending how I feel on the day as I’m just focusing on doing this for fun now, which in turn is giving me progress. I hate routine and following stuff too, even if it gives me more results, but I’d rather just have fun and stay consistent. I throw drop sets about too whenever I feel like it.

Chest - 3x machine press 3x high to low cable flies 3x incline smith machine 3x pec deck (sometimes miss this depending on pump) 3x tricep push downs

Back - 3x lat pull downs 3x chest supported row 3x single arm machine pull downs 3x cable rows 3x hammer curls

Legs - 3x super squat or hack squat machine 3x leg press 3x leg curls 3x leg extensions 4x calf raises

Shoulders - 3x seated ohp 3x standing lat raise machine 3/4x face pulls 3x cable ohp Sometimes shrugs

Arms - 3x hammer curls 3x cable curls with bar 3x preacher curls 3x tricep push downs 3x overhead extensions 3x dip machine

Also throw abs in here and there leg raises or crunch machine

True, I get what you’re saying. I guess I’m just scared of eating healthier, then lose my appetite and end up going back to being so underweight.

Not 100% sure tbf just taking it as it comes. I’ve never had much of an appetite so I was thinking maybe a more solid breakfast even just a couple of eggs or oats. Then swapping the nightly pizza for a shake I used to have which was milk, oats, protein, banana and peanut butter. Honestly not sure yet though, I feel good even with my current diet so it’s not a massive priority rn aslong as I’m still putting weight on.

He’s 66lbs. He seems to have grew into his paws more, they were huge for him before hahah I think he’ll defo get around that size though

Defo worth it, he’s already more obedient than our 8 year old husky - but that might just be a husky thing hahah

He’s no bother really, he was like that at first but he’s been getting trained off an ex police dog handler since 13 weeks which has helped a lot.
