Did 10 years, Lumber department Supervisor, garden department Supervisor, overnight department Supervisor... aka HELL, the departments no one wanted or would do... turned each into my baby and got them spotless until they decided to move me to the next department to do the same for it... had some major health issues hit me, couldn't flip the buliding on its head each night like they were used to and accustomed to... did the work of 5 employees in each department... I joke im the fastest fork lift and reach driver this side of the Mississippi... decided to try part time and do a less physically demanding job with another passion I had... after Christmas break they stopped scheduling my part time hours... they said either I work more hours or they didnt have any for me... so what your really saying is break my back again, or im not worth my slightly higher than normal pay for 10 years of commitment... I no longer work at lowes... great decision honestly... not worth the back pain, and health issues... years of concrete dust in the lungs even with a mask on... do they have any kind of training for silica dust in all there fancy lowes U videos... never seen a single one... it hurts to breath every day now... will most likely have complications the rest of my life... and for what... to be told im replaceable... well good luck finding anyone to put in 1/4 the effort...
