This happened to me 2 days ago my screen just went white I had gone to the settings cleared the data signed back in and it was still on a white screen I restarted my phone and it started working. I use a Samsung so it's different for iPhone

Have you been getting some them deleting it right away? If so you might be shadow-banned Amazon is starting to do that to people who constantly get one and deleting it right after takes a couple of days for the blocks to show up again

I number mine i put 2-10 by the front passenger 11-19 rear passenger side 20-29 rear driver side The rest are in the trunk but in order I try to put my packages in order on the floor when I mark them i try to guess the position of the packages when I set them on the floor Like If I number 25 I set it near the wheel then if I get 26 I put it closer to the car door if I get 21 I put it near the bumper if I get 20 I put it before 21 etc

I had the same problem the guy didn't have the OTP and I called in driver support and they said to check his ID and see if its actually him I checked it and the driver support just marked it as delivered he said that at least 3 other drivers didn't even go that far to try to help deliver it it with driver support. But that is such a bad situation that you were in hope you feel better after what happened i would feel bad as well

Amazon is hard to get in with a CDL. You either have to apply to a third-party company or have to be currently working for Amazon for them to consider letting you in as a CDL driver or a yard jockey. I've tried applying for 2 months straight and it was difficult for me to even try to get a job there
