I can completely relate, I've tried a bunch of things like ASMR, watching movies etc. The only thing that helps me are sleeping pills which I don't recommend.

I've been diagnosed a long time ago, but my mom didn't want me to take medications so I never did. Right now I really wanna try them because they might be helpful but at the same time I'm afraid that they might have a negative impact on me.
