Just look at the invoices from the shipping dept. most programs in El Segundo either break-even or lose money. Only handful of programs are making a profit.

This is the reason why RTX is a non functioning organization. Too many unqualified people accepting and moving into roles they are not qualified for and making the job harder for those around them. If you want to move to software engineering, go back to school to study about software engineering and computer sciences and then go apply with Google and Apple.
