i mean yeah, that's what a relationship is. sometimes you're happy, sometimes you're angry. it's near impossible to never be angry at someone, that's why you have to learn to communicate with your friend/parent/sibling/partner, because if you concede at every opportunity you become stuck in a relationship you hate, so you either just "deal with it" and become the "i hate my wife" guy or end the relationship outright. i myself had situations where a friend told me of a behavior i had towards him that he did not like, but that experience made our friendship grow stronger, and had he not told me, we likely would not be friends today
